Entering the festival

Age Restrictions & ID

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) at all times and will need a full price ticket. If you are 16 or older, you can attend on your own. Please bring I.D. with you.

If you look under 25, we may ask you to prove your age. If you are under 16 attending with a parent/guardian, we may ask them to prove they are 18 or over. The only accepted proof of age documents are:

  • Valid Passport (not a photocopy)
  • Photocard Driving Licence including Provisional Licence
  • Proof of Age Card, this card must carry the PASS scheme and show the hologram logo.
  • N.I. Electoral Identity Card.

Security

Everyone attending the event will be required to pass through various security measures as a condition of entry. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf. Please be advised that you may have to queue upon entry so we ask that you are patient - these plans are in place to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable event.

Remember to bring

Your e-ticket & Credit / Debit card used to make the ticket purchase.
Cash (there are no cash machines on site).
ID (for festival entry and purchasing of alcohol).

What not to bring

Food and drink are not permitted into the event. Please do not bring any alcohol or any glass containers of any sort. For more information on what's allowed in to the festival, head over to What's allowed in.

Are bags allowed?

Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the festival, there is no cloakroom or storage facilities.

Small bags are allowed into the festival.

Bags will be searched on entry to the event. To avoid lengthy queues we strongly advise that you do not bring a bag.
